For this month’s recipe, former Coos Head Food Co-op employee, Josh Peterson, will be making Avocado Tacos with Homemade Pico de Gallo. Register on the Coos Bay Public Library’s website. Ten $25 ingredient vouchers will be available at the register 1 week before the class.
